Trump’s travel ban is entirely LEGAL (despite what some lib activist judge in the 9th Circus Court of Appeals might think)

With all the absolute hysteria and downright falsehoods being espoused by the fake news folks in the Propaganda Ministry, it’s probably long past time for it to be resoundingly repeated everywhere and often that President Trump – eat it, libs! PRESIDENT Trump – has full statutory authority to declare such restrictions as his travel ban from 7 of the 40 Muslim majority nations of the world.

Such restrictions are allowed under section 212(f) of the Immigration and  Nationality Act which says:

"(f) Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

So, it seems…reading “black letter” law… it sure seems clear that PRESIDENT Trump is ENTIRELY WITHIN HIS POWER and BACKED BY STATUTE to impose his travel restrictions from the 7 nations that have a history of exporting terrorism.
